Rasmussen has Bush up 6 points in his approval ratings
President Bush Job Approval

Thursday July 07, 2005--Fifty-two percent (52%) of American adults approve of the way George W. Bush is performing his role as President. This is just the second time his Approval Rating has topped 50% since June 10. It remains to be seen whether this improvement reflects lasting change or is merely statistical noise.

Forty-seven percent (47%) disapprove of the President's performance.

Just 15% of voters believe the U.S. would be safer today if we had avoided the War with Iraq and left Saddam Hussein in power.

This is up six points since his June 29 numbers. It's daily polling post July 4, so it may be related to some nationalistic emotions post Independence Day.

8. It's because he captured Bin Ladden.
Oh wait, not he didn't. He just knows where he is and can't get him. Never mind.

9. Hey, lets kill some more Iraqi civilians then.
If the damn liberals would let us torture at will, these bombings would stop. Stop the politickin' and get to killin', rapin', torturin' and all of that good stuff.
