Best thing Bush could do in the war on terror is to stop killing Iraqis...

...and capture Osama bin Laden, the original mastermind. This would do more to demoralize the terrorist movement and weaken their influence than if he were to kill every "insurgent" in Iraq. He has the wrong strategy. It is a dead end quagmire. Somebody needs to point it out.

I'll say it here. Bush has made our country less safe. His zeal to invade and occupy Iraq drew Blair and his countryfolk into the boondogle. Now everyone except our well-protected leaders is at risk of retaliation and reprisal because of their indiscriminate bombing of innocents in Iraq and Afghanistan. An entire generation of survivors with a grudge against the U.S. waits in the wings. No military, defensive strategy alone will protect us.
