I heard that on Faux news today. I guess when Bu$h was in Great Britain in 2003, there was a terrorist bombing too. It wasn't as big as today's attack.

Interesting connection, though, especially coming from Fox.

There might have been an arrest or two, but there's actually a steady stream of those (and usually, the people are released without charge, or just charged with immigration offences).
