the summit. Perhaps a move to discredit the G8 protestors?? If they frame the protestors to look like they were behind these attacks?? This is pure speculation on my part. What I really think is that it is a failure of the war on terror and shows the fallacy of the current approach. Not only is Bush not winning the war on terror, he is creating more terrorists and terrorist actions through the war in IRAQ.
