Remember how during the election the terror level would raise every other week for "specific intelligence"? Not only was the level raised to orange every time Kerry had a poll swing, but it was raised for the whole country.

Well now that there has been four simultaneous attacks on our closest ally we have finally raised the terror level for the first time since the election. Not for the whole country, not for a specific state, but just for mass transit.
