inconvenient times? Two Supreme Court "Justices" retire. I seem to remember this happening with all of Cat Killer's bullshit too. :tinfoilhat:

2. Uhhh, yeah, it's pretty normal
When an event triggers higher traffic than normal, websites tend to suffer under the weight of the increased traffic.

There's nothing tinfoil about it - heavy traffic tends to bring a web server to it's knees.
