Gas up another 5 cents in KC.
Up 20 cents in 24hrs from Wed night when I topped off my tank at 2.05, after seeing crude hit above 61 a barrel. So we are now at 2.25, thats the highest I've ever seen it.

I know its higher on the coasts but here in KC were public transportation is a joke, this is getting painful.

3. Yep...climbing in Orlando FL also....for the sample of twelve....
...stations I pass on the way to work, it's ranging for unleaded regular from $2.199 to $2.319 up between three to 5 cents a gallon. Funny, but the prices are fluctuating up and down continuously, but every new peak ends up higher than the previous peak. I look at the average of my gas credit card bills over the last year and it tells the whole story, gasoline prices are way above average inflation. Same with electricity, public services (water, waste pick-up and sewer costs) and food prices are way way up! That's Bush's economy for you.

6. 15 cents up since 2 days ago.
$2.14(9) to $2.29(9)

Thanks reagan for not putting money into alternative energy. It's all short-term profits to you anyway, but you're dead anyway.

May your bones rot.

9. Price gouging
If we had a decent government they might actually investigate it. Corporate malfeasance and windfall profits.
