What was the name of the reporter/editor who "fell" out of a building?

2. I don't remember his name, but I do remember that he was a

financial reporter, and I believe he was doing Enron research/reporting. Also "fell" from the NYT building, didn't he?? Without shoes, or soemthing bizarre like that.

Hopefully someone will come along with the info.

In Times Square (duh!) - I forget what street - 43rd, maybe? It's an old stone building - maybe from the 30's? They are building a new high-rise around the corner - finally going to move into a modern building.

Given what she's done I don't trust her. Not for two seconds. I've heard conjecture that she might be a CIA plant. So I'm not really joking about the suicide assistance.

'NY Times' Business Editor Dies in Fall

NEW YORK (AP) A business editor at The New York Times fell to his death from the 11th floor of the newspaper's Times Square office building Thursday in what police said was a possible suicide.

Allen Myerson, 47, fell from the West 43rd Street building and landed on the roof of a garage.

Newspaper spokeswoman Catherine Mathis confirmed the death and said Myerson had worked at the Times since 1989. His title was assistant business editor/weekends.
