1. Who was it that said London was a hotbed of jihadists?
Coulter? God, I'd love for that bitch to eat her words.

It's too early to even speculate. For all we know it could be a couple of kids with grudges, former employee/employees, or any other extremist group out there.

5. it is a hotbed of jihadists
They have a large Muslim population with fervent radical underground fringe. For example, British shoe bomber, Richard Colvin Reid, was involved in this movement and eventually became a follower of Mubarak Ali Shah Gilani, who has British connections and was the man Daniel Pearl was seeking to interview when he was kidnapped and later murdered.

Likely, it was a combination of homegrown terrorists with Al-Qaeda affiliations and an outside group with similar affiliations. That's sort of getting to be the rage now. Matthew Levitt, former FBI terror expert, was talking about this on Jim Lehrer not too long ago. Of course, I say likely, because we don't know for sure. You can almost say with certainty it was AQ affiliated, I have a bit of an obsession studying terrorism and it has all the AQ hallmarks.

But, Coulter means it in a different context. What she means is "Muslims" not jihadists, London, Paris, Berlin and most major Western European cities have large Muslim populations. Anne just can't distinquish between the good and the bad. She sees brown skin and a funny name and it's all the same to her.
