Orange alert question

Is there a site that has a history of when bushco has declared orange alerts? Specifically, is this the first orange alert since the one right after the Dem convention last year?

1. I'm guessing that this sysytem will be scrapped

probably over a period of a few years. when the public has become so apathetic to it's meaning or intended meaning(to scare the shit out of people) it will still be inacted but rarely and then ten years from now it will be put to bed and people will say "oh yeah remember that thing?" and the whole thing will seem "quaint"
