Does anyone have a another source on this report that 3 groups are claiming responsibility because our impotent media isnt reporting this.


p2pnet.net News:- Three Islamist groups have apparently now claimed responsibility for the terrorist bombs which devastated central London in England, killing more than 50 people and leaving 700 others wounded, some of them critically.

UK government ministers said the bombings, “bore all the hallmarks of the Islamic militant al Qaeda network which was behind the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the United States,” according to Reuters.

People looking for information are still going online for updates, and perhaps news of relatives who may have been victims of the four attacks.

1. Remember - anyone can call themselves a member of Al Qaeda

That report to which you link may be out of date. Here in London, it is beginning to look like a local, "home-grown", cell. Please, please remember everyone: al Qaeda is not an organisation, it is a philosophy. Even "network" is a too solid term. It is a movement. A spotty disturbed teenager with a chip on his shoulder can make a bomb (instructions all over the web, unfortunately) and explode it on a bus and call himself a member of al Qaeda.

Even UK ministers can talk rubbish. It is too early to say if it "bears all the hallmarks" of any terrorist group. The route of that no. 30 bus, and the routes of at least two of the underground trains, means that many of the dead and injured are from the ethnic minorities - 300 different languages are spoken in London - Muslim as well as Christian, black, Asian and white, European nationals as well as Brits.
