did you notice the terms.. Base closing or 'realignment' does that mean training centers and/or prisons for draft dodgers.

4. military draft, you get a notice to appear and spend a minimum of 2 years

in the army, probably in Iraq, they dont like people that have to be told to join.. so they get the bad front line positions. only with the stop loss you can be retained in the military till you are 24.. and that is being changed to 28.

I looks like a million man front line fighting army will be needed so that means another 4 million support people will be needed.

that is just an estimate, i am sure there are people who know more about this..
