I remember around the election MTV.com had a poll Bush V. Kerry and Kerry won in a land slide. Like over 60%. I think it might still be in their archives. I don't know though. Oh and at my college I saw a little more Kerry stickers then Bush. Of course I'm sure it depended on what time I went there but around my town I saw tons of Kerry and/or anti-Bush stickers. Especially around the downtown area. Down there I saw maybe two/three Bush signs. ;) My town can go either way too.

9. A future leader if I ever I one!
It's actually a falacy that the youth vote didn't come out in November. For the first time since 18 year olds were given the right to vote over 50% of 18-25 years voted.

Did you notice that the first thing that the corporate media stooges did after the election was say that the youth vote didn't happen. Complete garbage to hide their stolen election and it made older dems all pissy with the youth voters, it created a wedge that didn't exist in our own party.

Divide and conquer, that is their game, don't be played.

More of the American youth voted for Kerry than Clinton, and thems the facts look it up if you don't believe me.

10. I know my young adult children
both voted for Kerry. My son made a point of stating to me that when walking through the professor parking lot @ UCO, bumper stickers reflected almost exclusively left as opposed to right wing persuasion.
Intellect & hope will prevail, it always does & always will.

12. Yes, Kerry won the young vote easily
They know the score. Nobody wants to be "the last man to die for a mistake."

13. If you think about it, for those of us that have kids
Because they are OUR kids, like it or not, we've indoctrinated them into politics.

I know my daughter was ready to disown me before the election, she was so sick of it. And one Sat afternoon, we went on a community college campus to put up Kerry signs. We walked to the outdoor area, and it was full of Bush signs. She screamed, and started tearing the signs down.
I was soooo proud:hug:

14. good!
sometimes I see my kids rolling their eyes @ their parents' preoccupation w/these issues & I wonder if maybe we're becoming a little too obsessed.
