Terry Moran's introduction made clear that Rove has repeatedly lied that he was not the leaker.

They then had a former prosecutor speculate that Rove is in no legal jeopardy, but that was speculation.

The end of the report showed Shrub stating "if there's a leaker in my administration, I want to know about it," as if to ask Bush how Rove will be punished.

Glad to see it on the news. ABC was not hard-hitting but it was not a complete whitewash.
