I had heard awhile back that emails themselves don't necssarily prove anything, feasibly someone could find out your password and use your computer to send emails, unless they have their web cam on it's hard to prove. That's why I am certain they have more evidence. Anyone who is familar with the law in that regard?

1. they should have the logs from the White House connections too.
And the long distance calls and cell phone records if subpeonaed in a timely fashion. Also distinations of all faxes.

2. Somehow, I seriously doubt anyone could even get to Rove's computer. . .
let alone log on to his email account. But if the White House made the claim, imagine the dismay that would meet such an outrageous disclosure. The Bushista's pretensions to security credibility would be shot for all time.

I'm sure he has some kind of deadly security system. but you're right, they're between a rock and a hard place there, but could blame it on flunkys if worst comes to worst. or Jeff Gannon, heh heh.

5. People get convicted for having/sending porn from their computers

and it is more likely the average citizen could have someone else get to their computers than is likely with Rove's. I personally would ALWAYS harbor reasonable doubt if serving on a jury where computer content was the only evidence.

edit: typo

3. Well, I think you're right. The judges
let Fitzgerald continue the investigation after he showed them what he had. Me thinks KKKRove and Bushco are in deep trouble.
