The last few Nielsons I have seen don't even show Tweety as registering. And, Tweety has a show on weekends on MS-RNC that must have tens of tens of viewers. Really, his rating on weekdays is less than 2.0. One could reasonably assume the rating is even lower on weekends.
He must some sort of 'give a derelict work' project for MS-RNC.
