"We haven't seen the memo", why is that their best response to any UK memo

Downing street memo, the US/UK with drawl memo.... The best response they can come up with when questioned about it, is "haven't seen it...".

Seems pretty lame to me.

the questioner should say "Oh, Ok, well I have a copy here, would you like to see it?"

They still are saying they have not read the DSM.

Scotty is constantly saying We see-hear-know nothing.
