that in fact he was being closed down and arrested because he was running for elected office in the US, in violation of some rule to the contrary, and had been told that he had to cease such activity. Doesn't make it any better, but at least appears that he had been warned.

I listened to his voice mails from Iraq and he was afraid this would happen or he would be killed. I'm going to tell Durbin and Obama about this. I sent them Leonard's voice mails and told them to REMEMBER Leonard's name for the future because he feared this.
