Which reminds me, did Kerry's Letter about opening Phase II of the "Intelligence Failures" investigation ever get answered?
Query: Who decides what does and doesn't get investigated in a Senate Committee? Is it all left up to Roberts?

The Committee Chairman controls the committee agenda. He can prevent bills or votes from ever getting before the committee.
