I've often thought of W and some in his administration as sociopaths... but today I looked up sociopath to see if I was on the right track or whether I was using a term in a spurious fashion. Take a look at this:

I pulled out my Abnormal Psychology book a few years ago and have been calling him a sociopath ever since.

Somebody here (sorry I can't give credit. I don't remember) called him the Silverspoon Sociopath.
