1. That's actually a very good question!
Now shut up and stop asking. ;)

3. I don't think Rove ever expected it to get this far.
Their trump card, Ted Olson, may have gotten involved too late to help him.

4. If the president instructed everyone in the WH to cooperate
why did it take Rove two years to release Cooper from his bloody bond of silence? Doesn't seem like cooperation to me.

6. One problem with the logic here.
If he isn't guilty then you assume he should say he is. I Know he is but the logic in your statement is missing.

7. The logic is that they're now admitting what he did,
and trying to pass it off as being okay.

In addition, I think there's a perjury issue here, within the denials; I think Rove is protecting the WH more than the other way around.

8. I am only saying that he hasn't been charged with anything yet.
I doubt he will be so I will not get behind this until I see something for real. This shrub admin. has walked the minefield and the swamp and come out with pressed cloths.

I will not get my hopes up for this. Thats all I meant. Sorry if you don't agree.

I am sick of getting f@cked and I won't get my hopes up again.

Suzi.

9. No, the logic works.
You don't deny something that was proper. Guilt is implied in the lie.

But I agree with you that there's a good chance this goes nowhere. Accountability is zero in this administration.

10. LOL Accountability....LOL.
I would never accuse them of that. I just don't think this Rove thing is going anywhere. Hope I am wrong.

11. You have to think like a criminal.
Rove thought he would get away with it, like he has so many times before. He is "with the President", after all.
