Did Rove really say this about Supreme Court nominee? Transcript?
Mr.bush has a constitutional responsibility to nominate who he wants on the Supreme court and no one has the right to veto his wish? (minute 25) Then he "mis-spoke" and said "appoint" then corrected to "nomimate"?

Also he said (earlier) there is no justification for the murder of innocent men women and children? (oh right, only in Israel, never mind)

Hotel onto Justice's home site? Evading question. Credibility problem...

Does anyone have a transcript yet?

First he said "appoint" and then immediately corrected himself and used the word nominated. I had a friend watching with me and we both actually yelped when he used the A word.

He also said several times that no individual should be able to have veto power over the president's choice. I kept asking the television, "What, you think the Senate is one person???"

4. I yelled too. So much for any pretense of checks and balances
between the 3 bodies, executive, judicial, congressional. On the 1 hand, I almost feel sorry for Scotty. On the other hand, if he would just answer, it would be soooooo much easier on him. Wonder what he'll do when he retires.

"The president has made it clear what he is looking for in a nominee and the type of person that he is person for. He’s looking at a diverse group of individuals. And he will appoint someone — or nominate someone to the bench that we can all be proud of. We should all be working to move forward in a constructive way and to elevate the discourse."
