According to the talking points memo, just released, they will talk about how oh so accommodating Rove has been releasing Cooper to talk. Well, if Scottie won't talk and Cooper has been released from silence, perhaps we should go ahead and hold a press conference with Cooper. Let's finally believe the WH and take them for their word - Cooper is allowed to talk.
