4. Biden said he thought the Dems needed someone

like Rove but "he should be more".....then he hemmed and hawed and grinned. I took it he almost said more honest.
I think Biden did a credible job with his take on Rove. He said a leak like that wasn't Rove's job, and intimated someone had to okay what he did because it wasn't his job. Also he said it's like his grandpa used to say.."who died and made him boss"? That wasn't something that Rove should have been doing.
