Covert Operations
Karl Rove, the man behind the curtain of George W. Bush, was identified as the man who leaked the name of CIA WMD cover operative Valerie Plame to columnist Robert Novak. This set our counter-WMD operations back by a decade or more and, according to some estimates, has led to the assassination of as many as 90 covert operatives that were part of Plame's top secret network to stop the proliferation of WMD. This is outright treason during war time and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By outing Plame, Karl Rove has damaged our country in a far more insidious way than Osama bin Laden ever did on Sept. 11.

It was on DU a few times, but I don't recall the exact sources. I had even confirmed that on here before I emailed it in...

However, 90 is a very high end estimate. I left that part out.
