Poll question: Who'll be the first to bail?
Which candidate do you think will be the first to drop out of the race?

1. I suspect Graham
I imagine Kucinich and Sharpton being in this for the long haul.

4. I hope Bob.................
will drop out and concentrate on retaining his seat in the Senate. We need him there.

5. There's pressure on him to do that
We need his presence in the Senate. That seat is a toss-up/leans Republican without Graham.

8. Graham might not run again
I think Bob Graham might be bored with the Senate and that he might decide to enjoy retirement.

There are many good democrats running for the Senate already like Betty Castor and Peter Deutsch (my 2 faves).

Graham's poll numbers are not so great. Besides, with such an inept crowd of GOP candidates running for the Senate, almost any demoratic nominee will win! :-D

2. CMB..............
she has the least funding of all I believe. Too bad, her voice lends a unique quality to the fray.

6. actually Sharpton has less money, but
Neither one of them will bail soon, and Braun's in it until at least Super Tuesday and probably beyond. She doesn't have enough money to win at the present time, but she indeed is getting enough to get her to the dance. She will not betray her recent supporters from NOW and NWPC who are mobilizing on her behalf and sending in small donations.

3. Braun
She has no money (relatively speaking) and she will bail after, oh, lets say, Iowa. No way she'll have the funds or any real votes to continue after that

7. Why are they in?
If Carol is running just to continue having the female presence, then she doesn't need the ad money and the rest of it to continue. She just needs enough to maintain an office, print material, and travel to major events. It's not cheap but it doesn't require the kind of money a full blown campaign does either.

Graham isn't going to run on an 'on the cheap' campaign. He's in full force or not at all, so I think he'll be the first to go. The rest will stay until they think their presence is hindering a real front runner from emerging. I see them all in for another month or so then possibly being urged to reconsider for the good of the primary process.
