I think that one by ASAY (or something) with Bush saying "The advice part is over, let's see how they do on the consent" is a right-wing comic implying the left will have a "hard time" consenting on his picks. You know, the old "Dems are obstructionists" line of crap. You can always tell a pro-Bush cartoon because they always draw him as a nice-looking fellow with a kind look on his face. (Bwaaaahaaaahaaaahaa,right.)
