Counter Attack to Radical Republicans

The radical Republicans are trying to spin the Rove/Traitor-gate scandal into an attack on Joseph Wilson's credibility.

The counter attack to this is to look at the big picture ... the Bush yellowcake-Niger LIE. The most intriguing part of that controversy is still: who forged the documents cited by the Bushites? If they knew they were forged, why did they still use them?

There are big unanswered questions about this that lead all over the White House, State Department and GOPentatgon.

Remember this Henry Waxman letter from June 10, 2003.

Progressives probably aren't making a big enough deal about this ... what was the role of Rumsfeld, Powell, Rice, Cheney, and Bush in this whole, huge LIE? Rove may actually be the "small fish" in this scandal.
