Anybody know how the "Truth Tour" is going?

I know a bunch of right wing radio people went to Iraq (I think they're still there) to "tell the truth" about what's going on there.

"For the Left/Sane" was that reporter from NBC who has been there for the whole war...what's his name?

Idiots said they had seen many great things going on in Iraq, they just weren't being reported on...said saw new schools, projects by the troops themselves. Asked about the political situation, idiot said the Iraqis really want us there and love us. Said the morale of the troops was fantastic, they are so glad to be fighting this war (really, that was what he said.)

Reporter said he thought the war had been reported on fairly...said there was so much violence to report on, hard to get around to the good stuff, altho he had tried, but violence had interrupted. Said he had reported on the "good" stuff frequently. Was mildly pertubed/bemused by the idiots, but not furious. Actually, the idiots didn't come off as really hard-nosed...just kinda, "gee, it's great to be here, everyone should come see, wish you were here."

4. Hear a daily report!

Morning Sedition has a daily report from the war front by their very own Lawton Smalls, Planet Bush Bureau Chief. Always ebullient, Mr. Smalls' reports are a cutting edge part of my morning routine.

He's been reporting from under his table in his hotel and from the middle of the desert the last couple of days. He says things are going great in Iraq.

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- A suicide bomber blew up a vehicle Wednesday near a U.S. military convoy and a large group of Iraqi children in Baghdad, killing 27 people, Iraqi police and hospital officials said.

Iraqi police said most of the dead were children. The attack also left 20 people wounded.

Let's see some truth about how wonderful things are when shit like this is going down.
