I assume pushing Private Social Security and the War and many other things that are flopping, had heavy influence from Rove. He is someone who thinks he is the smartest man in the world because everything seemed to go his way until now, as everything he touched is FALLING APART!!!! Is there some sort of virtue in losing elections? Biden's point, I'm sure, is that Rove is a smart SOB. He got the worst president in American history re-elected. The Republicans know how valuable he is, which is why they are going to defend him to the end. If Kerry had a political handler of Rove's ability, he'd be president now.
