Poll suggests drop in Bush's personal credibility
Thu Jul 14, 7:25 AM ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush's personal credibility appears to be eroding at a time when Iraq has become the top public priority and the White House is engulfed in controversy over senior Bush adviser Karl Rove, a poll released on Wednesday suggested.

The NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll showed the percentage of Americans who believe Bush is "honest and straightforward" fell to 41 percent from 50 percent in January, while those who say they doubt his veracity climbed to 45 percent from 36 percent.

The new poll also showed Bush's overall job approval rating slipping to 46 percent from 47 percent in May, while his disapproval rating crept upward to 49 percent from 47 percent. <more at link>

5. The other 55% thinks he is just "misinformed."
He was given "bad intelligence" by the very organization he exposed to the world...

Yeah, I know, I can't figure it out either!

8. Hmmm more terrorist alerts maybe?
Could Rove be planning something "BIG" to distract attention? I sincerely hope the grand jury takes its duty seriously and indicts this pig.

As far as the poll goes * credibility continues to erode big time. And * expects us to trust him on social security? Puhleeze!!!!

9. Poll Numbers Continue Downward.....
The resistance to accepting the truth about bush and his administration subsides further with each new month.
