It is now about a "cover-up" of a crime...

We have moved beyond the lies that led us to war. Everybody knows there were no WMDs. Everybody knows that Saddam was no threat to us. But, many people still believe that those lies were "justified" in some manner or other because we have to fight them over there so we don't fight them over here...

But Joe Wilson was absolutely correct this morning in his interview with Jamie Gangel. Paraphrasing, he said that this was all a "cover-up" of the lies that they used to justify going to war. Finally, the wheels are coming off the wagon, it appears. The weight of the lies can no longer be sustained.
