despite all the obvious corruption of the bush admin...
why do people still f*cking give their support? i live in dayton, oh and all i hear is how the bush taxcuts will boost the economy, and how those WMD will be found, and blah blah blah. my Lord, are these people that stupid??!!! i am getting so sick of the BS. it seems like bush could sacrifice their youngest child, and they would still give him their support. it's amazing how people don't inform themselves of the truth and would rather remain in ignorance. i have to deal with it on a daily basis and it's getting really old.

1. Well, all these people do is listen to Limp Balls lie,
then switch to Fox for their real news. How can they not be deluded?

6. Ignorance is bliss
My parents are both perfect examples. I tell them over and over what's really going on in this country, they just wont listen. Faux News is the only truth, everything else is "Liberal", and can't be trusted. Must be nice to be retired and worry free with their cushy pension. Bliss.

7. I don't know
It puzzles me too. There was actually a letter to the editor in my local paper today from a guy who cautioned that some people are going to look very foolish when the WMDs are found.

Riiiggggghhhttt...

8. Four related reasons
1. The fake religious morals of the right-wing establishment
2. Childhood programming re patriotism and religion
3. Lack of personal experience with bad people
4. The desire to believe others are similar to "us" and have good intentions

I could write a whole big essay elaborating on each of these four points, using my mother as a case study.

10. Ditto for us all..how about an 'Only FOOLS watch FOX' campaign
Maybe we need to stop being nice about it and be quick to call them the fools that they are..on billboards, bumper stickers, etc.? It's not in my nature, especially when the madness has befallen friends, family, neighbors..
but desperate times call for desperate measures.
