Gitmo is better than San Francisco, according to Rush!
Don't know if anyone else caught it, or if someone else has already posted on this (heard it on my lunch break in the car and just now getting home to log on to DU.)

I was flipping thru the radio and stumbled on Rush Limpballs; thought I'd pause to see if I could catch any brilliant counter-explanations for Rove. Nothing on Rove, but what I did hear was even better, and made me change the channel even faster than I would have ever imagined. Rush was discussing the abuse of Gitmo detainees, you know, being forced to wear underwear and bras on their head and held with dog collars and leashes. But then he pointed out all the times he's been to San Francisco and seen people walking around wearing dog collars and being led around on leashes, wearing bras and lipstick, and they all seemed to be having a good time. So what's the big deal with the Gitmo prisoners? They should lighten up and enjoy themselves! It's not torture--they're just being treated to the good life, San Francisco style!

Rush, you're still full of surprises; thanks for helping me lose my appetite, didn't have time to eat anyway.

4. You would wonder why
people still listen to him. At some point, reality has to tap on their common sense abilities and say "that's bullshit".

6. My eyes, my eyes
damnation!

Curses on my all too vivid imagination!

I see that damned pasty Rush-ass strutting around the Oval Office.
Black fish-nets and bustier - with a Nazi SS hat and cigarette holder.

Oops, he just gained a blonde wig!

I've got to divert myself - too late, Karl Rove just walked in - dressed as Barbra (the Funny Girl/Fanny Brice era).

It's hell in here....

11. His logic is inconceivable...
I visited SF a few years ago and met a long lost uncle and tried to bond with my dad and all...It was a lifetime experience and never once did the question of being a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay being a better existence to be in ever enter any of our minds...
