Come on Clark supporters! We can do this! Dean and Kerry may be ahead in NH, but Clark just needs to beat Kerry and place a strong second. His timing into the race will put him at a disadvantage there, but a strong second (aka Clinton in 1992) will set him off, and launch him toward Boston.

But I'm beginning to worry that the physics of the situation is more like rolling a marble to high speed -- while Dean and Kerry are 8-Balls at the same speed.

Unless Clark organizes fast, he's going to get bounced out of the ring.

7. I live in Wisconsin and it will be competitive

but Dean has alot of support and I think he will win the Wisconsin primary. I have tabled several farmers markets in Madison for Dean and every Saturday we sign up tons of people and get encouraging words.

To his credit the Gen. came out of the gate strongly. It will be a good race.

I've heard Dean is coming to Madison on October 5, so I'm looking forward to it!!

also I'm encouraged by the new NH poll showing Dean's double digit lead holding even with Gen. Clark in the race. The poll was taken at the height of the Clark frenzy last week. If Dean can do well or even win Iowa and then win NH, it will give him a great boost in Wisconsin which is also having a early primary.

10. I'm not sure, but I think the fact that Lieberman is second there,

along with the high number of undecideds, suggests that no one has campaigned heavily in that state yet, so this is likely to be soft support. But it is encouraging -- I don't want to be a wet blanket, just keep people focused on driving those numbers up.

11. It's early yet. I think Clark needs more than "General"

before his name if he is going to make it to thru the primaries...

Personally, I prefer someone who didn't need to be "drafted" to run.

Who already knew he was a Democrat.

Who already knew 2 years ago he was running for President.

Who already had positions and policy statements available.

Who can raise money. Lots.

Hmmmm. Sounds like Dean to me...
