Will the Supreme Court be asked to toss out Roe v. Wade?

But they also might be asked to "toss out" Rove and Wade (Karl and MZM's Mitchell)...

If I were Reid, I'd start pushing that position real hard if any indictments are handed down.

4. That Is Not How The Court Works

Someone just doesn't go up to the Court and knock on the door to ask if they would mind overturning a law, now that the makeup of the court has changed.

A case has to be in the system. The case has to have received a judgement in a lower court. The point in question must be one the court is willing to address (just because a particular case gets sent up doesn't mean it will be considered).

So don't worry too much about Roe anytime soon.

8. Are the cases chosen by majority vote or unanimous decision?

If one uber liberal or conservative could act as a road block would that not force the court to consider truly non-partisan issues?
