It's no adventure I'm in any hurry to have again.

Given that the acolytes of Andy are threatening to sue us for, well, for a whole lot of things, I am wondering if I could countersue the acolytes of Andy.

Because the acolytes of Andy cost me money, too, in following their deceit and fraud.

Cigarettes, for example, are $2.50 per package, including sales tax. Since we all first started tracking this scam the afternoon of April 28, 2005, my usage has increased from two packages a day, to two and a half, or $1.25 per day.

74 days x $1.25 per day = $92.50 that they owe me.

Consultation with attorney the two times Scamdy (under ownership different than mine, remember) got shut down by the acolytes of Andy.

1 time at $5.68 for lunch for the two of us
1 time at $1.04 for coffee for the two of us

= $6.72 that they owe me.

Purchase of Scamdy, which was made necessary by the acolytes of Andy (because if I owned it, I could use my 12-minutes-away attorney in case there were problems)

= $18.80 that they owe me, and meter still running.

Long distance telephone calls made necessary because of this fraud:

5 to an eastern state, $1.72 total
3 to a western state, $6.89 total
1 to a western newspaper, $2.32 total
6 to a mountain state, $4.32 total

= $15.25 the acolytes of Andy owe me.

Western Union telegram, undeliverable to Johns Hopkins; if they had accepted it, it would not have been wasted money.

= $39.95 the acolytes of Andy owe me.

Postage to send letters to 17 regulatory agencies, some of them certified mail = $36.19 the acolytes of Andy owe me.

And it just goes on and on and on; it needs noted that NONE of these expenditures would have been necessary if the fund-raisers had been conducted in an open and honest manner.

If everything the acolytes of Andy did, had been aboveboard, I would not have incurred these expenses.

And so using DUmmie, or Andyite, logic, I think I should be reimbursed by them.
