Who are the 19 people, Biden and the Dems were referring to, when they unsuccessfully sought the documents from the WH and the State Department?
Apparently Bolton send out 400 such requests. Who are the 400 people and corporations?

But Bolton's requests were funneled through the intelligence bureau, and so it is possible they would have been coded as coming from the bureau, he said. None of Bolton's requests was denied.

is insisting on keeping those contacts quiet. All inquiries involved MWD's and that's what Valerie was working on.

I still think this is where the original source info came from. Bolton told Cheney, Cheney told Scooter, Scooter told Novak....

All of this was done to cloud the trail so no one could be identified.
