Has Scott McClellan stopped holding briefings?
Even in the most difficult days of Monica-gate, Mike McCurry always faced the press daily.

2. He took the ball..

..and went home. Kind of like when Sensenbrenner shut down the Senante hearing about the Patriot Act.

5. I hear they don't have briefings at the WH when Bush* travels..
Bush* was out of town yesterday. My crystal ball says Bush* is going to be on the road a lot in the near future.

6. He's in traction.
Pumped full of oxycontin, numb from a combination of drugs and from being pummelled nearly to death by the WH press corps.

7. No need for those stinkin' meetings.
They should just put a a sign that says: No comment.

8. It should be interesting to see how long
ole Scotty can hold out not having a press conference. Yesterday on the plane there were more questions were about Rove. I didn't see one today, but maybe they are having to really rest up from their big fraud show at the business conference instead of going to the NAACP conference. Being president is HARD HARD work. :puke:

9. I heard he placed a sign on the podium that reads...
"Please see yesterdays comments."

He may as well, since he's taking-the-fifth on anything remotely connected to Rove.
