Strange story - is it true?

I was interviewing a right-wing Christian earlier today, and he told me a story about a horse that was made out of sticks and branches and which was displayed on state propoerty, but it had to be removed because the sticks and branches had the 10 commandments written on them. Now, I'm out of the loop. But does this rng any bells with people?
