..a "no" answer in a way, though? Maybe I'm just imagining that it does. Besides does it mean the executive branch? the congress? Hard to say what it means exactly.

4. I take it to mean all federal elected officials..

since it doesn't really matter if your mayor is working in the national interest.

It looks like bad news for the President and bad news for congress, so basically bad news for Republicans. But I have to wonder if their isn't some technical glitch going on. Numbers like that precede a revolution.
