So many are getting lost on those talking points...it doesn't matter if Wilson was sent by Crashcart or Clyde Crashkup or if Rove or Novak or the Tooth Fairy outted Plame...the fact is she was. Also, it appears not only that someone attempted to go after Wilson for political purposes and used Plame's identity to do so. This is a totally different animal than what the wingnuts are trying to spin away.

This goes to a classic conspiracy case. If the judge felt Wilson was the target of a coordinated smear campaign, this then opens up the door to WHY he was smeared...and then the entire Pandorra's box about the lies leading up to the invasion can come into play. If not in the court room, definitely in the courtroom of public opinion.

This case is moving forward and it's gonna be a lot bigger than we thought a week ago.

There's been 5 years of crap that this administration has put the world through and they haven't been held accountable for any of it.

I'll believe they're going down when I see it, Fitzgerald might come back with absolutely nothing and the DSM has gone nowhere. Every congressional investigation has been a cover up and the teflon is still strong.

8. Nothing wrong with waiting and seeing

but the frantic flapping and spinning is a good indication that Rove et al strongly fear that Fitzgerald is going to come across with the goods. There's a difference between a congressional investigation dominated by Republicans and a criminal investigation being prosecuted by a guy with a reputation for being a bulldog. The White House can't control all the pieces on this chess-board, try as they might.
