The funny part is they run these things they call the DUmmies Funnies, which are intended to slam us. But they are so ignorant they often don't even grasp the content of what they're mocking. It's like livestock pointing watching a farmer plow his field and laughing that he can't make up his mind about which way he wants to drive.

I'm sure there are some bright people hidden in there somewhere, but they were even turning on each other earlier today over the Christian/Catholic adoption issue. Some didn't even know Catholics are Christians. There are genuine idiots over there. You can see how easily Rove manipulates the drones.

It sounds like its the same kind of thirteen year old mentality that goes on over there. Do you know that someone actually sent me three viruses when i was in one of the aol chats? I deleted it but still it bugs me. Thats why I love DU we disagree but everyone here has been super at least compaterd to that. You guys rock.

I agree -- you DUers are the best. This place is sooooo much better. The only downside is you can't open anyone's eyes -- all eyes here are open.

But their site SUCKS!! I mean, seriously, you'd think with all the money pumped into it by GOP operatives they'd get a decent frigging web designer over there! It's really hard to navigate and there's nothing eye-catching whatsoever. So no wonder they're over here all the time. I almost don't blame them for trolling us. DU is so vastly superior design-wise, it's not even funny.

by following links on DU, I can't take it for long - not only for the misery and hate, but as you say, the design is so bad that I find it really difficult to follow the threads. Everything seems in random order so nothing makes sense.

...the entire planet's most effective "terrorist enabler". Imagine, if you will, Al Qaeda wannabes/soon-to-be-"graduates", sitting around computer monitors in Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, London, Hamburg...hell, even community colleges in North Carolina, saying to each other: "See? This is what we're up against. This is what we want to remove from the face of the earth."

An absolutely perfect vehicle to fuel their hatred. I couldn't be "designed" any better to serve the purpose. And far be it by me to in any way support terrorism, but hey...can you blame them? The really sad part is innocents get killed in the process...
