I first discovered it about four years ago via the irrepressible Betty Bowers, the World's Greatest Christian (http://www.bettybowers.com).

Highly recommended: her very Christian review of Kinsey.

Both sites are worth checking weekly for new and very holy (narf! naaarf!) content! Hallah-frackin-lujah!

2. Definitely a satire

Although like all satire, there's a strong element of truth in there. I've known all sorts of "religious" people who engage in the same beliefs and behaviors as Betty Bowers. Landover is uncomfortable close to reality.
