My Ultimate Tinfoil Idea regarding Terrorism

Now keep in mind I don't believe it. This was one of those things that came into my mind and then I shrugged and said "Nah... Couldn't be, could it?"

But here it goes.

Remember those failed Mind Control experiments that the CIA had done?

What if they actually came up with something, like some sort of implantable microchip that could induce delusions, pre-programmed instructions or some thing like that?

It would make sense in some ways.

1. When the person blows up (which is usually what happens), it would leave absolutely no evidence behind.

2. Some of these people seem normal. One of the people in the London bombing was a Father of a small child. Why would he do that? Mohamed Atta was known to do drugs, drink, and have girlfriends and then he became a fanatic. Why?

Now keep in mind even I don't believe it (I am chuckling as I read what I just wrote). But, is there a possibility?

On Edit: There are tons of ways to get people to do what you want. Maybe the wife and child's life were threatened and he had to do it or they would die. Much easier, and no hat needed.
