How did the phony memo (saying Plame got Wilson the job) get to Gannon?
Today's article about the Plame case in the New York Times focused on this classified State Department memo. This is the memo which stated that Valerie Plame (identified as 'Valerie Wilson' in the memo) had recommended or arranged for Joe Wilson to make the fact-finding trip to Niger. And Fitzgerald's office appears to believe that that memo was the ultimate source of the information that eventually made its way into print in Robert Novak's column.

But remember, the CIA believes that that memo contains not just incorrect but fraudulent information. ...

Who requested that the memo be written? Who actually wrote it? Why does it contain the inaccuracies the CIA claims it does? Who were the administration officials who continued to circulate the classified document to conservative news outlets even after Plame's identity was initially revealed? And how did it get into the hands of Jeff Gannon?

4. How do you think?
Same way the other stories got to him.

What was it Bill Maher said? "Someone at the highest level was spilling the beans, while they were.....spilling the beans"

2. Personally, I couldn't give a shit about HO-BOY Gannon.
He's nothing, nobody in the scheme of things.

5. He's not a powerful, but he is powerful symbol
of corruption in the White House. For those who think an actively advertising male prostitute in the White House is a bad thing, anyway...

7. How's 'bout Mister "I don't mind being the evil genius operating in,...
,...the shadows" (paraphrasing) DICKHEAD Cheney!!!

He would be a far better "poster boy" for the corruption in the WH, IMFO.

Gannon,...nobody knows Gannon,...nobody. He is nothing.

If the aim is locating a "poster boy", let's aim at the big boys,...not the HO-boys.

9. I agree that they should get Cheney and Rove, but
I'd also be happy to see Gannon thrown into the mix. Just as a reminder of the many tentacles of their corruption. Also, it'll be a lot harder to criticize Clinton if they remind people that there was a man ho for sale in the White House...

8. MAYBE
*they* dummied-up the so-called CIA MEMO and left it casually lying around the plane for others to read. It wasn't a "real memo" so it wasn't "really classified" so no one was in violation of anything - EXCEPT *they* didn't know Val was a "covert operative"....
