Wednesday night at the debates, the pussy that Arnold is, chickened out!

Gov. Gray Davis directly challenged Arnold Schwarzenegger to a showdown Friday, calling on the actor to get his facts right and debate him as he rallied the support of women.

It is the most direct confrontation the governor has made during the campaign leading up to the Oct. 7 recall election and came as Schwarzenegger drew the support of another conservative Republican politician. Schwarzenegger's campaign said he wouldn't debate Davis.

"Right here, right now, I challenge him to a debate," Davis said.

He accused Schwarzenegger of distorting his record on such issues as taxes, health care and jobs and of misstating facts about California's problems.

Former Texas Gov. Ann Richards warmed up the pro-Davis crowd, calling on Davis not to let Schwarzenegger's statements go unchallenged.

"Call him out," she declared.

1. Davis should do a Debate Stunt

Since Davis was not allowed in the debates, his people should stage a debate between he and Arnold, with Arnold being a cut-out if he doesn't show up. Would be hilarious.

And change the cardboard cutouts every so often of Arnold pontificating and his arrogant poses. It would be funny…but then Gray Davis, is not exactly Mr. Excitement, so he’d never go for it.

6. Right wing media bias - when Davis gets an endorsement it's not front page

When Arnold gets any endorsement it's on the front page of every media.

When Davis or Cruz get a major endorsement, it might be on page 26, if they feel like it.

5. Arnie chickening out

works much better for Davis than if the groper actually agreed to debate. No matter how bad arnie is in a debate the media is always going to declare him the winner.

7. Not if it was an UN-scripted debate...

one on one Davis knows his shit. He would rip Arnold to shreds, it would be so overly embarrassing for Arnold, the press would put it on the back pages. Davis truly knows the issues and is very, very smart guy. Arnold would be so out classed, he be muttering in Autrian and using lines from his movie.

I wish I could see it but Arnold's handlers know this too and would never allow it, Davis knew this as well, although he really would love to debate the brickhead.
