An interesting interpretation of a recent internet favorite

One of my buddies showed me this animation and explained his interpretation of it:



The sprinter is the Bush administration, driving forward with his agenda without regard to anyone else. The girl is the American public, not paying much attention to what's fairly obvious and getting plowed over as a result. The guy in the orange jacket is the media, waiting until it is way too late before expressing concern.

3. Well you know...
it looks like she may have been carrying some of that dangerous chemical, dihydrogen monoxide. Damn if that stuff isn't a factor in nearly every accident.
