Betcha a dozen, or more, other states have them too.

What a waste of friggan time.

Oh yeah, some 11-12% of Americans live at or below the poverty line....Whatever, gotta waste oxygen on solicitor legislation...Yes it's a real issue but holy hell there have got to be more pressing issues today!

And it costs a few dollars a year to be put on the list. But I've always wondered if it blocked unsolicited calls from around the country, or just in-state.

2. Kansas has one and it works.
The number of obnoxious calls went dramatically down for me after I signed the no-call list for the state.

4. NC is trying to implement ours, and the repuke judges have blocked it!
It's not a trivial matter to us. Distraction? Maybe, for a few days. We NEED this.

And another two with laws scheduled to go into effect in 2004.
