Rove Indictments
I repeatedly see references to the release of the indictments regarding Rove.

Is there a specific date set for when they will be released and what is supposed to be in them?

1. Nobody knows
The Grand Jury is slated to complete in October, but Fitzgerald can always ask for an extension and from how the judges have acted previously, it would probably be granted.

Nobody knows who will be indicted, what they'll be indicted for, or even if there will be any indictements, however, all evidence suggests there will be indicitments of one or more administration officials.

2. No timetable
The grand jury will issue indictments in its own good time. The only true deadline is that any indictments (in TreasonGate or any other cases the GJ is looking at) will be issued before the GJ closes in October.

4. 2006 isn't that far away...
25% of the country thinks the PoTUS isn't being fully cooperative. That could hurt the GOP next year, all around.

6. As much as this is killing me, the longer
they twist in the wind, the better. Indictments and prosecutions have a way of perking the news cycle right up.

7. I thought we'd see them today
From what I've read, I thought Cooper was the last to testify and that indictments were already written and waiting to be delivered. I'm still willing to wait until Wednesday before I get discouraged.

14. Here is a link describing the legal case.
Most major news organizations have concluded that there was no crime.
